TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions establish the conditions for sales made between any natural or legal person who wishes to make a purchase of products at www.3r3dtm.com (“Online Store”).

1.- About These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply only to purchases made in the Online Store. Please read this document carefully.

Occasionally, we may change these Terms and Conditions. We will detail in the heading the effective date. Any change in the Terms and Conditions will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date.

BY MAKING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT THE SAME.

2.- Purchase products in the online store

The details of the products available for purchase (including their corresponding price) are specified in the Online Store. 3R3DTM will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of the products that appear in the Online Store are correct. While we will try by all means to keep the Online Store as up-to-date as possible, the information specified at a given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.

In order to buy Product / s, you must:

3.- Processing of an Order and conclusion of the Contract

Once you have completed the purchase process, we will obtain an authorization from the marketing company of your credit or debit card for the amount indicated on the order summary page. This process is the usual procedure that banks follow. If your credit card is not authorized, the order will not be processed.

3R3DTM will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your product order, accepting it in your case and confirming that the products you have requested will be sent to you (“Confirmation of Shipment”).

You and 3R3DTM have entered into a contract of sale of the products requested by you once we have sent you the e-mail of Confirmation of Shipment and in any case, nevertheless, when you receive the aforementioned products.

The purchase agreement may be executed in Spanish.

The text of the contract of sale will be included in the e-mail of Confirmation of Shipment and will be stored by 3R3DTM, although it will not be accessible to the Client after the conclusion of the contract.

3R3DTM may reject, at its sole option, the processing of the order, or not be able to proceed with such processing, in the following cases, without any limitation:

When the product requested by you has stopped being manufactured or is not available;
When the marketing entity of your credit or debit card does not authorize the payment of the purchase price;
When it does not meet the criteria for the execution of orders specified at the beginning of this section.

4.- Prices, Transportation and Handling, Charges and Taxes

The price charged for a Product will be the price in force at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in the order confirmation email.

We can change the prices at any time without prior notice. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after those changes.

The prices of the Product (s) include VAT or other applicable taxes, but do not include the expenses corresponding to transportation and handling.

The charges corresponding to transportation, handling and the corresponding VAT or other taxes will be shown in the Online Store during the processing of the order and, in any case, in the confirmation email of your Order.

In case certain expenses can not be calculated reasonably before the conclusion of the contract, we will inform you of the way in which the total price will be calculated.

5.- Delivery

The delivery options are as follows (Spain):

Standard: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days

Express: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days

Both the delivery time and the delivery option you choose will be confirmed in the order confirmation.

The delivery time will not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless you, specifically, accept a later date. In case you do not receive the order within that period, you will be entitled to request delivery, granting us a new reasonable delivery term. If this does not happen, you can terminate the contract and you will be entitled to be reimbursed for all the amounts you have paid.

We can reject those orders in which you require a specific delivery period, if this implies the impossibility of fulfilling the required delivery time. In those cases in which you have required delivery within a certain period or days, you will have the right to terminate the contract if we do not comply with the specific term.

If you place an order for custom Products (s), the manufacturing term for said Product (s) will be added to the delivery term of the selected supply option.

In the event that you unreasonably evade delivery or delay receipt of delivery after we have notified you that we have attempted to deliver the requested Product (s), or if you have provided us with a delivery address If the wrong delivery results in a failed delivery, the package to be delivered will be returned to us. In the event that, after the first delivery attempt, the Products (s) remain undelivered (s) for a period of 7 working days and are returned to us without being delivered ( s), we will have the right to cancel the contract and we will refund the amount.

We will not be responsible for the delay or failure to comply if the delay or failure to comply are due to circumstances beyond our control in accordance with the generally accepted law or principle.

We ask you to examine the package delivered and the Products received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they were delivered and to check their status and that the content of the package delivered is complete. 6. Availability of the Product (s)

We do not guarantee the availability of any Product in the Online Store.

Unless we accept your order, we reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to change, suspend or interrupt the availability of any Product.

7.- Compatibility, Product Information

When placing an order, please make sure that the Product (s) you purchase is / are compatible for the intended use. Please use the information provided in the Online Store as a final reference point for you when checking compatibility. In case there is a difference between the content of the Online Store and that of any other website (or any other source of information), the compatibility of the Product (s) as shown in the Online Store at the moment of the purchase, will prevail.

You must return the Product (s) in its original package.

You must include all the accessories, user manuals and any free gift that will be in the same package.

Please treat the Product (s) with reasonable care and return it (s) in the same conditions as it was / were delivered to you.

Please package the Product (s) in a secure way and make sure that the order number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

In order to guarantee a fast and safe return, we suggest you comply with the return instructions.

We will reimburse you for the price you paid for the Product (s) plus the initial shipping costs within 15 calendar days from the date we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

However, we may withhold such refund until we receive the Product (s) or receive proof that you have sent back the Product (s), applying whatever happens previously. In case you have chosen the express delivery option, only the initial shipping costs corresponding to the standard delivery option will be reimbursed.

The refund will be confirmed by email.

Payment will be made through the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction.

Warranty and Returns
